Spiritual Direction

Many people say they are spiritual without identifying as religious. By deeply listening and in discernment, we will co-create ongoing spiritual practices and explore your relationship with God or something larger than yourself however you may define it. For some people, this will be a deepening of identity while some will want to explore the interconnectedness of all things as they create a sense of wholeness. My role is to be a companion and witness as your journey unfolds and to be a supportive guide throughout your process without offering solutions or advice.
